Combined, the facilities are capable of producing up to 1,000,000 cases 9LE per annum and have the capability to make any type of fermented, distilled or ad mixed alcoholic beverage ranging from full strength spirits such as rum and gin, to lower ABV products such as RTDs and Cider

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
PT Balindo Mitra Perkasa (BMP) is our low-strength (under 20% ABV) manufacturing facility in Singaraja, Bali and is home to Breezer and Happy Soju.
PT Karya Bali Indah (KBI) is our high-strength alcohol (above 20% ABV) manufacturing facility in Gianyar, Bali and is home to multiple international brand owners, including Bacardi Rum. It is also home to PRI Group-owned Spice Islands Distilling Co.

PRI Group operates in adherence to ISO-22000 and SQF-2000 food safety management systems certifications, as part of a commitment to delivering consistently high quality products for clients.
Volume capacity of annual production
Our manufacturing facilities are able to produce both still and carbonated beverages in a variety of glass bottle formats using either ROPP screw closures, push-on NR closures or crown closures up to and over 20% ABV. The current production capacity is 1,000,000 x 9L cartons annually.

At PRI Group, we have implemented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are based on international best practices across all manufacturing aspects. Onsite state-of-the-art laboratories and micro-laboratories enable all analysis to be conducted in-house to exacting levels on packaging materials, semi-finished and finished goods, water and wastewater quality.
World-class IT system
The company has implemented a world-class Enterprise Resource Planning system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, which is expressly tailored to manufacturing and distribution. This ERP system supports comprehensive planning, inventory control, reporting and traceability at the highest level, thus delivering efficiencies and insights into the business performance and quality control.
Distillation Capability
PT. KBI will be equipped with a world-class hybrid pot and column still, with kettle capacity of 500L. The still will be capable of producing a wide range of spirits of up to 96% ABV. By delivering dedicated fermentation capability on site, KBI will provide end-to-end premium craft spirit production.
